Meet Madison

Hi, I’m Madison Koza. My approach to therapy is rooted in authentic human connection. I don’t believe in being the “blank slate” therapist — instead, I value real, honest relationships where you can show up fully as yourself, walls down and unapologetic.

In our work together, we’ll explore the parts of you that want to be heard — whether that’s anxiety, self-doubt, family wounds, or big questions about relationships and intimacy. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I am a Certified Informed Sex Therapy Professional. But more than anything, I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to each session, tailoring the process to meet your needs.

I specialize in working with young adults and people navigating transitions — starting college, moving, ending or beginning relationships, shifting careers, or redefining yourself. I also work with couples who want to strengthen communication, heal intimacy, and feel more connected.

I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Arizona, graduating in 2022 with a Master’s in Counseling with an emphasis in Mental Health and Rehabilitation. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC).

Outside of sessions, you’ll find me reading, staying active, spending time with friends, or with my rescue dog, Benny (who often joins me in the office).

If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d love to connect. You can reach me by text or email to set up a free 15-minute consultation.
